Fees

Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to their dynamic nature.

Late Fee Policy – $15 on the 5th day immediately following the initial due date. If a balance remains unpaid, an additional fee of $50 will be assessed on the 10th day immediately following the initial due date.

All credit card payments will incur a Credit Card Transaction fee of -3%

Rates are based on a 2 guest occupancy.

RV’S over 10 years old require pictures of all sides and management approval

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Deposits are required for all reservations.

First night deposit taken when reservation is made

All Seasonal deposits are non-refundable.
