Our Park’s Rules & Regulations
These Rules & Regulations are designed to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and upkeep, in keeping with our “Good Neighbor Policy.” A violation of any of the Resort Rules can be used as grounds to remove a guest from the Resort without a refund.
SPEED LIMIT IS 10 MPH– Strictly enforced!
GUESTS / VISITORS: The reservation rate includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional people will be charged $5 per day per person. All visitors must check in at the office. All visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest.
CHILDREN: You are responsible for all conduct and safety of the children or minors with you. Unruly behavior may necessitate you having to leave the Resort without a refund. Children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult.
QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM
VEHICLES: 1 RV and 2 vehicles allowed per site. Extra vehicles are $5 per day per vehicle. No trailers, boats, etc. are allowed to remain on site. DO NOT park in open RV sites at any time without permission from the office. Do not drive on the grass or through other sites.
ATVs and 4Wheelers are not allowed to be operated in the Resort.
GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are permitted. Must be at least 16 years of age with a current driver’s license to operate. Must have front and rear lights.
PETS
Non-aggressive pets are welcome. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, all guests must comply with the following policy:
A maximum of two dogs is permitted per site unless a reasonable accommodation is required by applicable law.
Guests must be able to provide current vaccination records upon request.
The following dog breeds—and any mixes or hybrids containing these breeds—are not permitted: Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Husky, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Doberman Pinscher, and Bullmastiff.
Pets must remain under their owner’s control and visual supervision. Whenever outside, pets must be restrained on a leash no longer than six (6) feet, except in designated off-leash areas. Pets may not be left outside unattended.
Pet kennels, pens, crates, and similar outdoor enclosures are not permitted. Pet fences require prior management approval. If an approved fence extends onto a grass area, the guest must maintain that area. Failure to do so may result in approval being revoked.
Pets are prohibited in all Resort buildings, including restrooms, and in pool areas. No animal may enter or swim in the pool.
Guests must promptly clean up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet waste in appropriate trash receptacles.
Excessively noisy, aggressive, dangerous, threatening, or unruly animals are prohibited. If an animal cannot be controlled, the Resort may require the animal to be removed and, when appropriate and legally permitted, may require the guest to vacate the Resort.
Pet owners are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for all injuries, property damage, disturbances, and other losses caused by their animals. An owner whose animal injures another person or animal or damages another guest’s property is expected to resolve the matter directly with the affected party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Resort is not responsible for an animal’s health or safety or for any injury, loss, or damage caused to or by an animal while on Resort property.
SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE ANIMALS
Breed, quantity, leash, and access restrictions do not apply to qualified service animals or other assistance animals when an exception is required as a reasonable accommodation under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Service animals are not required to be registered, certified, vested, tagged, or otherwise identified. When an animal’s service function is not apparent, Resort staff will make only those inquiries permitted by law.
A service animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless the handler’s disability prevents the use of such a device or it would interfere with the animal’s safe and effective work. In that circumstance, the handler must maintain control through voice commands, signals, or other effective means.
Any animal, including a service or assistance animal, may be required to leave when legally permitted if it is not housebroken, is out of control and the handler does not take effective corrective action, or poses a direct threat based on the animal’s actual behavior and an individualized assessment.
Guests requesting a reasonable accommodation should contact the Resort office.
CAMPFIRES / FIRE PITS: Propane/Wood Fire Bowls are allowed as long as they are 6″ or more above the ground.
GARBAGE: Household garbage is only allowed. Please place all garbage in a garbage bag and place it in front of your site before 10:00 am. After 10:00 am, please take it to the dumpster. No large items or furniture may be disposed of or left in front of dumpster. These items must be taken to a nearby dump.
BUILDINGS: No smoking in any building. No pets are allowed in any building.
ALCOHOL: If taken off your site, must be concealed in a foam insulator or plastic cup.
RV CONNECTION: All RVs must have a proper electrical power cord and sewer hose seal. Solid sewer connections and water pressure regulators are a must. Sewer hoses must be up on a support. The resort is not responsible for damage to unsupported hoses during maintenance.
RV SITE APPEARANCE: Our groundskeeping personnel strive to make your stay as enjoyable, pleasant, and worry-free as possible. Please assist them by following these simple and helpful guidelines.
Keep decorative lights and ornaments at the edge of the concrete pad. If we have to move them for mowers, they will be picked up and placed securely on your site pad.
Pet fences, if used are to be within the area of the concrete site pad only, and if mowers are obstructed, we will move the fence panels to the site pad.
Please refrain from excessive storing of personal items around your RV site. We want each of our guests to enjoy a clean, and debris-free resort.
ON-SITE RV REPAIR WORK: No mechanical work is allowed on any vehicles in the park, Including RVs, unless performed by an authorized and insured technician with management approval. All vendors must sign in at the office upon arrival.
SEPTIC SYSTEM: Do NOT put Formaldehyde or “blue dye” in our septic system.
CAMPER COURTESY / CONDUCT:
Do not walk or ride bikes on other sites.
Respect the privacy of your neighbors.
Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Bikes and rollerblades are permitted on the road only during daylight hours.
Guests are expected to exercise good sense and respect for others.
NOT PERMITTED:
No fireworks
Clotheslines- Only clotheslines attached to the rear of campers are allowed.
No OIL CHANGES anytime in the Resort
No one is allowed to operate a business from within the Resort.
Tents are not allowed.
Appliances (Refrigerators, freezers, etc.) may not be located outside of the RV.
Subletting is not allowed.
No cutting of trees.
We enforce our rules to protect our guests. Failure to comply with the resort rules may result in removal from the resort.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition.
Management is not responsible for loss, bodily injury, or damage of personal property caused by fire, theft, or accidents. RV Owners are responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
